Reading Stars Phonics Phase 3 Build Pack contains 20 reading books to support Phase 3 of a phonics programme.
It contains both fiction and non-fiction titles, on a range of topics and text types. These books correspond to Phase 3 of the Letters and Sounds programme, and match any phonics programme that follows the Letters and Sounds order to introduce new phonemes and graphemes. The words are all decodable which means they are made up of phonics that children can put together to decode the word.
These 20 'build' title gradually cover the sets of GPCs and CEWs met in this phase. These books do not cover anything that the child will not have met before.
